🚨 A tragic shooting at Foxhill Apartments in Casper on Sunday evening left 20-year-old Anicio Kane Bernard dead and another man hospitalized. Police believe it resulted from a confrontation between the parties. - Dale Killingbeck, Cowboy State Daily.
⮑ A separate shooting occurred just 15 minutes later on South Washington Street where a juvenile was injured and flown to Denver for treatment.
